- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The vet was 30 minutes late for our pre-scheduled appointment. Then literally spent less than 3 minutes with us administering my cat's shots.While he checked her eyes and teeth he did not weigh her or ask any questions about her behaviour or advise of how she would respond to the shots, whether any further shots would be required or information about the shot he was administering. Then he gives me the bill - $140 ($80+ of which was for his supposed "consultation"). When I called him out on it he said I was free to take my business elsewhere. I responded that I absolutely would and that if I treated client's that way I wouldn't have a job, he then got irate and raised his voice to me in front of my 1 year old daughter.
